Manufacturing of cardboard inserts

The insert, as an auxiliary means for packaging, performs both the function of protection, as it fixes the product in the box, and the aesthetic function - the product inside the package with the insert looks neater. Especially cardboard inserts are needed for packaging several products in one box - for example, cosmetics, technical accessories.

When packing several glass products in one box, cardboard or corrugated cardboard inserts-partitions perform a shock-absorbing function and do not allow fragile products to touch each other in order to avoid damage to the goods.

In addition to the main protective functions, the inserts in the package can be used as a surface for printing the logo and texts - slogan, short instructions, product ingredients.

Production of Packaging inserts

Inserts-partitions can be made of cardboard, corrugated cardboard or binding cardboard. The material for partitions is selected in accordance with the material of the package itself.

Boxes with inserts made of binding cardboard are used for packaging expensive, elite goods, gift sets. Binding cardboard is cut into elements, from which a box with inserts of various sizes is then constructed - cells or shelves for neat organization of goods in the package. Binding cardboard is often pasted over with designer papers. ATTOLIS uses both digital and silk-screen printing and foil stamping to apply logos and texts on such materials.

Premium packaging made of hard binding cardboard can be equipped with foam inserts. This is often how jewelry, expensive souvenirs, and luxury goods are packaged.

Cardboard boxes with inserts can be used for packaging several types of goods in one box or for fixing one product. Cardboard is a flexible material, thanks to a set of folds, one cardboard sheet can be formed into an insert with several cells, and any seal can also be applied to the cardboard insert.

Boxes with corrugated cardboard inserts are used for packaging heavy or fragile goods. Inserts can be made either from ordinary brown or whitewashed corrugated cardboard, or from laminated corrugated cardboard. Using the technique of laminating - gluing a printed sheet of cardboard to a sheet of corrugated cardboard, ATTOLIS produces strong packaging, decorated in a corporate design. Corrugated cardboard inserts can also be designed according to the customer's wishes.
