Cardboard inserts are especially needed for packaging several products in one box – for example, cosmetics, accessories for equipment.
When packing several glass products in one box, cardboard or corrugated cardboard inserts of the partitions perform a shock-absorbing function and prevent fragile products from touching each other to avoid damage to the goods.

Founded in 2000, ATTOLIS was initially engaged in the production of packaging from cardboard and corrugated cardboard.
The company's machine park has been replenished since 2009, in parallel with the improvement of packaging production, the company is developing the areas of printing and post-press processing.
From 2012 to 2016, experience was actively gained, new lines were installed, including the launch of envelope production, powerful die-cutting machines, folding and folding gluing equipment were installed. Production of packaging inserts
Partition inserts can be made of cardboard, corrugated cardboard or bookbinding cardboard. The material for the partitions is selected in accordance with the material of the packaging itself.
Boxes with binding cardboard inserts are used for packaging expensive, luxury goods and gift sets. Binding cardboard is cut into elements, from which a box is then constructed with inserts of various sizes – cells or shelves for neat organization of goods in packaging. Binding cardboard is often laminated (pasted) with designer papers. To apply the logo and texts on such material, ATTOLIS uses both digital and silk-screen printing and foil stamping.
Premium packaging made of hard binding cardboard can be equipped with foam inserts. Jewelry, expensive souvenirs, and luxury goods are often packaged this way.
Cardboard boxes with inserts can be used to pack several types of goods in one box or to secure one product. Cardboard is a flexible material, thanks to the many folds (folds) one cardboard sheet can be formed into an insert with several cells, and any printing can be applied to the cardboard insert.
Boxes with corrugated cardboard inserts are used for packaging heavy or fragile goods. Cardboard dividers can be made from either ordinary brown or bleached corrugated cardboard, or from laminated corrugated cardboard. Using the laminating technique - gluing a sheet of printed cardboard to a sheet of corrugated cardboard, ATTOLIS produces durable packaging with a signature design. Corrugated cardboard inserts can also be designed according to customer wishes.

ATTOLIS has been producing cardboard and corrugated cardboard packaging for over 20 years. All packaging is made individually to order according to the size of the product. For branding and packaging design, we use digital, offset, silk-screen printing, embossing, foil stamping, and UV varnish. All packaging is made taking into account the size and weight of the goods and, at the request of customers, is supplemented with inserts.
In addition to packaging, ATTOLIS prints instructions, stickers, brands paper with silk, satin and grosgrain ribbons, produces advertising and product printing.
