A cost of die plate increases a cost of each box.
Increases significantly when you order small amount of customized boxes and insignificantly if you order a large number of packaging.
As within producing a large number of boxes, die plate cost divides and adds unessential price part to the cost of the box.
And if you plan long-term cooperation with packaging producer ordering big quantities, a producer may not add cost of die plate to the price of your packaging.
Die plate is a plywood sheet which has knifes and rubber parts installed according to packaging form.
With the help of die plate we cut out future boxes from the sheets of cardboard or carton.
